Steve Eakins

Executive Chef, Tribeca
Landmarc

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Steve’s love for cooking began when his mother and grandmother shared their Italian traditions with him in the kitchen. The joy that food brought his family around the table ignited his passion to work in local restaurants in high school and eventually inspired him to apply to culinary school. He’s worked in kitchens from the Central Park Boathouse to Danny Meyers’ Maialino. He came to Benchmarc in 2011 as Sous Chef at Ditch Plains (Upper West Side), worked his way up to Executive Chef and moved on to hold the same position at Landmarc. Steve opened the kitchen at Kingside as chef di cuisine and he is thrilled for this next chapter in his career to unfold back to his roots as Executive Chef at Landmarc Tribeca.
